Full Registration

Core Conference - Full Registration: Includes all activities Sunday evening to Wednesday evening, including the business lunch and banquet, but excluding workshops and field trips. Meals other than the business lunch and banquet must be purchased separately. (Please see the Meals section below for more information.) Housing choices are listed under the Housing section.

Day and Guest Registration

Core Conference - Day Registration: Monday, July 16 through Wednesday, July 18. Includes all activities as Core Full Registration, except the annual banquet Wednesday evening (available for an additional charge). Tuesday’s business lunch is included. All other meals, housing, field trips, and workshops are not included.

Housing

Hotel-style rooms are available Saturday evening (7/14) through Sunday morning (7/21).
There is a two consecutive night minimum required. Price is per person.

Please indicate names of preferred roommates if any.

  • Single room with private bathroom: $105/night
  • Double room with private bathroom: $95/night


Meals

Whether you have registered for the Core FULL or Core DAY, the meal plan is the same. All meals, other than the Business Lunch and Banquet, will be at Mary Graydon Center Cafeteria. Attendees and guests are requested to pre-purchase specific meals on the meal plan during the conference week, as shown in the chart below. For instance, you can choose a Monday breakfast, lunch and dinner, a Tuesday breakfast and dinner, and just breakfast on Wednesday. Remember, full-day field trips include a box lunch. Prices for each type of meal are as follows:

$12.95 I Lunch 12:00pm to 1:00pm
$14.65 I Dinner 5:00pm to 6:30pm

The Mary Graydon Center Cafeteria is open from Saturday dinner to Saturday lunch.

Registration for Workshops and Field Trips for Conference Core attendees and their guests begins 4/6.

Workshops: The price of each workshop varies, but average as listed below. Pre-registration is required.
